[ACTUALIZADO: MIÉ18-SEP.18:46 HS] Tarja Turunen brindó una entrevista con CMTV de Argentina y comentó sobre el lanzamiento de CITD, la atmósfera del álbum, su hija Naomi y su afición por las bandas sonoras. Tal como lo adelantó MUNDO TARJISTA, la vocalista cantará en Argentina en el mes de septiembre de 2014.

Con respecto al lanzamiento de Colours In The Dark, ¿lo vinculas los nuevos sonidos al disco?
Si tiene muchos colores. Es mi tercer disco. Siento que es el disco mas importante. Dice todo. Dice mucho sobre mi identidad como artista, no como cantante solamente. Tiene los colores de mi vida. Es un disco muy personal. Para mi siempre hay colores en la oscuridad. Creo que llevo adentro la oscuridad dentro de mi, no soy una persona muy depresiva, al contrario soy muy feliz. Esa oscuridad pueden escucharla en mi disco.
Con respecto al clima, atmósfera que lo define.
Hay un sonido o elementos mas progresivos en este álbum. Hay canciones mas largas que en los discos anteriores pero estoy saliendo de este "unbox" de reglas. Compongo mucho mas que antes. Estoy saliendo de un lugar así y me encanta este cambio. Puedo componer canciones que suenan bien hoy. Es un cambio para mis fans obviamente. Es un álbum lleno de sorpresas. Yo soy una artista, una persona. Quiero progresar porque si no progreso me siento aburrida.
Sobre Victim Of Ritual:
El primer sencillo se llama Victim of Ritual. Es una canción loca, muy teatral. Tiene mucho juego con mi voz. Es una canción larga, casi 7 minutos pero no se siente su duración. Es el primer simple. Filmamos un video en Berlin, Alemania y pronto en unos días van a ver el video. Pero como se elige: Elegi junto con mi sello y ellos también estuvieron detrás de estas canciones. Sintieron que es la canción mas fuerte del disco.
Me incluyo mucho musica de bandas sonoras. Estuve escuchando muchísimas bandas sonoras. Me inspira mucho y me encantaria hacer música para películas algún día. El Oficial lanzamiento del disco: 30 de agosto.
Es una locura. Hace muchos años que estoy viajando así. Casi 8 meses del año. Me lleva mucho por lados lindos y es un privilegio que hoy pueda componer y escribir canciones sobre las cosas que me pasan, me veo, me caminan. Empezamos a girar en octubre. En Europa, después tengo una gira de navidad en Finlandia a fin de año y seguimos con la gira mundial con rock en febrero. Acá, en Argentina llegamos en Septiembre. Va a llevar dos años de gira en total con este disco.
Sobre su hija Naomi:
La nena es increíble. Me deja trabajar como antes. No era algo impensado. Ya cuando estaba embarazada escuchaba mucha música y ahora cuando tocamos, ensayamos estuvo 10 horas por día. Ningún problema. Le encanta la música.

With regard to the launch of Colours In The Dark, do you you link the new sounds to disk?
If you have many colors. It's my third album. I feel it is the most important album. Says it all. It says a lot about my identity as an artist, not as a singer only. It has the colors of my life. It's a very personal record. For me there is always in dark colors. I think I've been in the darkness within me, I'm not a very depressed person, on the contrary I am very happy. That darkness can hear on my record.
With regard to climate, atmosphere that defines it.
There is a sound or more progressive elements in this album. There are more songs longer than in previous albums but I'm out of this "unbox" of rules. I compose a lot more than before. I'm leaving a place and I love this change. I can write songs that sound good today. It's a change for my fans obviously. It's an album full of surprises. I am an artist, a person. I want to progress forward because if I'm bored.
About Victim Of Ritual:
The first single is called Victim of Ritual. It's a crazy song, very theatrical. It has a lot of play with my voice. It's a long song, almost 7 minutes but do not feel its duration. It is the first single. We shot a video in Berlin, Germany and soon in a few days will see the video. But as you choose: I chose with my seal and they also were behind these songs. They felt that it is the strongest song on the disc.

It's crazy. Many years ago I am traveling well. Almost eight months of the year. It takes me pretty much everywhere and it is a privilege today to compose and write songs about things that happen to me, I see, I walk. We started to turn in October. In Europe, after Christmas I have a tour in Finland later this year and continue to rock the world tour in February. Here in Argentina we arrive in September. It will take two years to tour with this album overall.
About his daughter Naomi:
The girl is amazing. I let it work as before. It was something unthinkable. I listened to a lot when I was pregnant and now when we play music, we rehearsed was 10 hours per day. No problem. He loves music.
