Tarja Turunen, gave an interview to Metal Kaoz and when asked whether she joined the band after breaking Nightwish with Anette Olzon last September, denied that happen.

"I do not think it will happen ... I doubt very seriously - deeply, deeply doubt that will happen, because many things have changed.'m In a very good place right now and I'm happy, I'm healthy, I'm not looking back ... just my way to some kind of dream and live my dream, so here I think it's better that way," said Turunen.

In that sense, Tarja shot: "I fully understand [the fans who always ask question], and I feel for these people, but life sometimes sucks - it sucks big time. People change too, but, you know... It's hard ... "

Turunen, who currently resides in Buenos Aires, Argentina with her husband and manager Marcelo Cabuli, was with Nightwish since 1996-2005.

Marcelo Cabuli and his business partners in 2011 sued for 100,000 euros (about $ 135,000) in damages for defamation of the parties behind "Once Upon a Nightwish: The Official Biography 1996-2006". Named in the lawsuit were the publishing as Kustannus Oy and the author of the book, Marko "Mape" Ollila. Cabuli and its Brazilian partners argued that the book includes false accusations and insinuations that have caused suffering and financial problems.

The book, published in Finland in 2006 and in English three years later, blames Cabuli of the events leading up to Turunen's dramatic expulsion from the band in late 2005.

The court ruled that the book - which criticizes Cabuli in only a few of its 380 pages - did not adversely affect his work or reputation in South America. In addition, the court determined that Ollila not speak maliciously against Cabuli.

Turunen was fired from Nightwish a year before the publication of the book.

ENGLISH TRASLATE
When formalized the division of the Finnish band Nightwish in late 2005, many were surprised that the band would break with usual vocalist, TARJA TURUNEN, the sweetest moment of his career. The wound would heal with time and both sides learned to work independently, some with a new vocalist, and one with a new band to back him up on stage. Analyzing the situation almost seven years later, the reality is that NIGHTWISH -like recognizable brand and generate music that people recognize and remember, have been luckier than TARJA. Continue to fill large venues, their albums consistently sell and its future looks more or less bright. TARJA,  meanwhile, had to be strong and explore solo a more or less adverse to the proposal such as heavy metal. Has withstood, with a first and a second disk recommended work that has gone unnoticed but maintains most shapes and the interest of their most dedicated fans. However, seeing the diva TURUNEN in a room for 700 people when it could be in the largest arenas in Europe over the next year always gives you food for thought. It is clear that economic success does not always translate into inner happiness (would require a 2 to MMPI test and TARJA TURUNEN and TUOMAS HOLOPAINEN and collate results) but the fact is that, at least to the gallery, TARJA stayed with the straws after long thought irreplaceable, if we listen to stories explaining the biography "Once Upon a Nightwish" Mappe Olilla Finnish journalist. There was some mixed feelings for TARJA seeing dance and make horns on stage in a small room for 800 people in Hospitalet de Llobregat. Something seemed misplaced.

Musically speaking, the proposal is attractive and original Tarja. "What Lies Beneath", his latest album, is heavier than the previous instrumentally "My Winter Storm" and that, extrapolated to live, you can give mixed results. The concert began with "Anteroom of Death", a song full of contrast, accelerations and stoppages, which served to set the pace to continue in acting. Tough times and metalheads mixed with ballads and delicate issues, always performed with the portentous TARJA´s vocal style. Some, like "Lost Northern Star" was perhaps too complex to sound at the beginning of the show, but this is not the typical metalhead show where the band goes to kill in the first four issues and then we relaxed a bit. TARJA does things their way and if the audience goes with it, the better. Better received was "Falling Awake", with a touch of modern metal that ALEX SCHOLPP executed to perfection on guitar. However, since the beginning of the show it became clear that the care they received did not receive TARJA the good old MIKE TERRANA. "The Beast" is grown live as we all know, and demonstrated over more than an hour and a half to show that he does not get older. It has been nearly fifteen years since we surprised everyone with RAGE, with those endless solos during which he changed a roadie who was breaking dishes, but the American battery remains a safe value. Not only that, but for a little metalera artist as TARJA, TERRANA is a sign of credibility, plausibility. To make it clear that here is come to work, executed a mammoth TERRANA only several minutes left everyone in a state of perplexity. After the brutal one, the band came back for "Little Lies", one of the best tracks on the new album.

Although Barcelona did not interpret his cover of "Still of the Night" by WHITESNAKE, if that presented a melancholy tinge new song entitled "Into The Sun", which convinced the majority of the public. Further convinced the eternal "Bless the Child" from his former band, the only concession "real" that made the catalog of NIGHTWISH. It goes without saying that the first row went crazy doing in five minutes all the headbanging they had not done at other times of the night. TARJA, now in its sauce and dressed with a beautiful black dress, made the horns and waving manes as rarely did in his previous band, demonstrating that it has had to be slightly batteries and the results have been fabulous.

Almost in the encore, the band performed a set of piano and acoustic in which they played a medley of "Rivers of Lust", "Minor Heaven", "Montañas de Silencio" and "Sing For Me" with TARJA at the keys. Essentially the same type of set little calm in the previous visit Tarja made the audience with his whole band, while many attendees were dissolved in tears. And is that if a building continues to have the singer is to convey emotion with her voice and interpretations. In the end, "Until My Last Breath" there were moments of absolute saturation of the senses, listening to the rush of the Finnish operatic. Impressive is an adjective that comes up short against the force off your vocal cords. Just before that, he played an unexpected "Over The Hils and Far Away" by Gary Moore began to jump around the room. This was another "concession" made to the career of his former band, which popularized again the old issue of Irish guitar. At other times, it seems, played "Nemo" but, judging by the popular reaction, the choice made in Barcelona was just right.

With a warm greeting and bow to the audience, the band retreated to the clubhouse, but not before stopping to hit TARJA hands with the front rows, grateful for the support, or knowing that he who comes to his live-albeit in smaller numbers to direct-does NIGHTWISH conviction and dedication. A good show far less than we expected.
