ROCK IN RIO 2013 Y TARJA TURUNEN

Luego de oficializarse la noticia de que Argentina será el cuarto destino de evento musical Rock in Rio y siendo la ciudad de Buenos Aires la encargada de acoger el festival en 2013, se podría pronosticar la presencia casi segura de TARJA TURUNEN. Una gran expectativa no sólo para los fans argentinos, si no para aquellos que no recibirán este año a la cantante en sus países de origen y quienes podrían trasladarse a la nación sureña.

Cabe destacar que la voz de Finlandia se presentó en la edición de Rock in Rio del año pasado junto a la agrupación brasilera Angra, por lo que siendo Argentina la sede de dicho festival para 2013, es de esperarse que la dama del metal logre escenario propio en un país donde cuenta con una cantidad de fanáticos y en el que reside desde hace varios años al lado de su esposo.

Por otro lado, sería interesante conocer acerca de la logística para el pago de los artistas que se presentaran en dicho evento, tomando en cuenta el mecanismo que deben manejar las compañías organizadoras de este tipo de shows musicales en la Argentina, normativa que fue modificada por la AFIP (Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos) desde el 31 de octubre de 2011 y que surtirá nuevos cambios para el 1ero de abril.

Si se toma como referencia el proceso realizado para el ingreso del equipo tecnológico, accesorios y la importación temporal de estos para los conciertos del británico Roger Waters en este país, cabe preguntarse acerca de la logística que implicaría llevar la maquinaria que requiere un evento de las magnitudes de Rock In Rio hasta Buenos Aires, un festival que involucra a muchos artistas y seguramente convocará a cantidad de fanáticos de toda América y el mundo.

MARCELO CABULI: SU IMAGEN DESPUÉS DE NIGHTWISH

Mucho se ha hablado y atacado a MARCELO CABULI, como el supuesto causante de la separación de NIGHTWISH y se le ha atribuido una imagen de controlador, sin embargo, no pareciera a TARJA estar bajo ningún hechizo o control mental; por otra parte tampoco fue de su puño y letra que salió la infame carta como para decir que él los hizo separarse por lo que, siendo objetivos, se puede presumir que esas acusaciones no son más excusas para justificar el cómo fue despedida.

A pesar de los dimes y diretes, su comportamiento hasta ahora se ha limitado a ser quién está al lado de TARJA TURUNEN, ayudándola de la manera que él ha considerado pertinente, en cierta forma gracias a eso ella está de vuelta y en pie, luego de ese duro golpe. Hasta la fecha, aún sigue siendo blanco de ataque de “fans” que no son capaces de respetar que él es el esposo su “tan amada” cantante, en vista de eso y de la reciente decisión del tribunal, cabe preguntarse… ¿ha sido dañada su imagen o no? 

Tomando en cuenta que aquellas personas, que se hacen eco de las delirantes pero–reconozcamos–  un tanto fantásticas acusaciones que se le han hecho, no lo conocen como para asegurar que es o no cómo se ha dicho... es obvio que de alguna forma esta imagen que el “público” tiene de él, es el reflejo o está influenciada por las declaraciones de ciertas personas.  

Considerando que de alguna forma, en la carta se le señala como causante de todos los problemas y por otra parte se alega ciertas cuestiones “culturales”, no puedo evitar pensar, hablando de cultura y que sería totalmente incorrecto preguntarse ¿Será que todos los finlandeses acaban con sus amistades de años con una carta pública, sacando los trapos sucios?. Dichos qué siempre deben lavarse en casa como decimos aquí los “latinos”. Es posible que solo se tratara de un arranque infantil y TARJA pasó a ser otra persona más despedida de NIGHTWISH.

CONCEPTO

La difamación es la declaración a una o varias personas para tratar de afectar o dañar, con una acusación que se hace a otra persona sobre hecho cierto o falso y que puede causar perjudicar su honor, dignidad o reputación.

EL LIBRO

Si alguien escribiera algo realmente malo sobre otra persona, lo lógico es que  el individuo en cuestión tenga el derecho a defenderse, si lo considera necesario y la acusación lo perjudica…Tanto en un lado como en el otro, debe haber parte de razón pero es necesario recordar que no se conoce personalmente a ninguno de los implicados.

En tal sentido, no podríamos decir…ni que MARCELO es un avaro, ni que TUOMAS HOLOPAINEN sea un mentiroso…pero es cierto que cada quién escoge a quién creerle o mejor dicho, escoge de qué lado quiere estar, sin embargo, es claro que la imagen de CABULI si ha sido perjudicada y de alguna forma también la de NEMS.

 Asimismo, a la señora CABULI no debe hacerle mucha gracia que hagan comentarios mal sanos de su marido, ¿qué si su imagen fue dañada? Al parecer sí, de lo contrario no habría tantos malos comentarios acerca de él en todos lados. ¿Se intentó dañar la imagen de TARJA, también?, Si pero causó el efecto inverso, ya que su imagen sólo resultó fortalecida y contra todo pronóstico de los más pesimistas, en gran medida podría deberse a su esposo, a quien le tocó mantenerse bajo perfil y callado bajo la tormenta.

No somos los indicados para juzgar las decisiones de tan lejanos tribunales pero bien es cierto que, de alguna forma, fue dañado el bien jurídico inmaterial "moral y reputación" del señor CABULI.

En los orígenes en el derecho anglosajón de la difamación están en los agravios puede ser, en este caso, “libelo que es una declaración dañosa en un medio fijo, sobre todo escrito pero también un cuadro, signo, o emisión electrónica y que da un derecho de acción”. Lo que indica que el señor CABULI, según algunas leyes, estaba en su derecho de demandar, ya que los escritos existen y no son producto de alucinaciones suyas. No se tiene conocimiento acerca de las leyes finlandesas y de ninguna forma se trata de criticarlas, sólo se ha querido señalar en estas líneas algunos hechos visibles que es preciso analizar.

Al final de cuentas, es bueno recordar… que el libro es del dueño y señor de esa banda y sólo una versión de la historia.

No se equivoque: esto no es un nuevo nacimiento de la famosa carrera en solitario de grabación de TARJA TURUNEN (ex vocalista de NIGHTWISH), ni uno de sus álbumes en vivo. A medida que el cuarteto se apresura a señalar con orgullo, TARJA TURUNEN y HARUS son una banda en todos los aspectos - cuyos miembros son Kalevi Kiviniemi (órgano), Marzi Nyman en guitarra, Marku Khronn en percusión y, por supuesto, en el papel de la cantante de ópera/rock TARJA. En conjunto, los puertos de toda Europa para un programa de pesca que sí, incluso en el repertorio solista de TURUNEN -pre-divorcio de NIGHTWISH- ("You Would Have Loved This"), pero, sobre todo, en el folclore de Finlandia y la música clásica, mientras que no desdeñe algún desvío en el mundo de la música de TUOMAS HOLOPAINEN ("Walking In The Air".

"IN CONCERT: LIVE AT SIBELIUS HALL" es una grabación (también disponible en DVD y BLU-RAY, así como en el tema de grabación estándar de esta revisión), que da testimonio de la variedad del repertorio de la banda puso en su lugar. Sobre el papel, por lo menos. La obra, de hecho, muestra una serie de defectos en lugar sensacional, de la falta de variedad y un sonido dinámico que pone en marcha el programa (en su mayoría apoyado sólo por el órgano, guitarra eléctrica y un lugar adusto, ocasional y totalmente fuera), para continuar con una capacidad de músicos ejecutivo tal vez demasiado dedicados al impulso de la improvisación (el instrumental de "Avaruuskellot" y "Noel" tiene un atrevido, por decir lo menos), hasta llegar a un folclore de Finlandia en la práctica, es una versión de los regalos de Navidad más famoso universalmente popular ("Maa On Niin Kaunis" es nuestro "Adeste Fideles", "Jouluyö Juhlayö", "Blanca Navidad", y así sucesivamente). Entonces, llegan dos "Ave María", uno después del otro (el primero de los compositores Luzzi y Luigi, y la segunda gestación de la banda original), es una apuesta en la alineación bastante sorprendente, y estoy de conforme y de acuerdo. La caridad, "Walking In The Air", con esta expansión y este arreglo para órgano y xilófonos, adquiere una connotación decididamente exótica, matriz, casi "post" (el mismo ambiente plácido que se encuentra en "Heinillä Härkien"), pero, para el resto, nuevamente nos encontramos con algo ambigüo y relacionado con su pasado en NIGHTWISH.

Usted ve, que el problema fundamental de este disco en vivo es que sea una obra que no es capaz de complacer a los oyentes de la música clásica (cuyos oídos están acostumbrados a niveles muy diferentes de la soprano expresiva y arreglos más finos y más elaborado) o los que buscan un escape de la típica escuchar rock clásico más, quizás con la esperanza de explotar un efecto de cierta nostalgia que es bueno mencionar aquí (porque justamente salió "Imaginaerum" de Nightwish como contrapartida del DVD de TARJA) ¿no crees?.Es probable que los oyentes sólo realmente estén satisfechos qué vendrá de "In Concert - Live At Sibelius Hall" y que además serán los fans acérrimos de TURUNEN, que verán este evento registró otro récord en la versatilidad de la soprano favorita. Como un fetiche, por lo tanto, sin duda el trabajo es perfectamente logrado. Para todos los demás, pero... No es lo mejor para comprar en esta navidad, se lo aseguro.
