Formalized after the news that Argentina will be the fourth destination of Rock in Rio music event and being the city of Buenos Aires in charge of hosting the festival in 2013, one could predict the almost sure TARJA TURUNEN. Great expectations not only for Argentine fans, but for those who do not receive this year the singer in their home countries and who could be moved to the southern nation.
Note that the voice of Finland is presented in the edition of Rock in Rio last year by the Brazilian group Angra, so Argentina being the seat of the festival in 2013, is expected to achieve the lady in the metal scene itself in a country where it has a number of fans and where has lived for several years alongside her husband.
On the other hand, it would be interesting to know about the logistics for the payment of the artists present at the event, taking into account the mechanism that companies should manage this kind of organizing musical shows in Argentina, legislation which was amended by the AFIP (Federal Public Revenue Administration) from the October 31, 2011 and shall further changes to the 1st of April.
If one looks at the processes involved to enter the technological equipment, accessories and temporary importation of these to the British Roger Waters concert in this country, the question about who would lead logistics machinery that requires an event of the magnitudes of Rock in Rio to Buenos Aires, a festival that involves many artists and surely summon amount of fans all over America and the world.
